What information we hold

To provide your care, the practice may hold your contact details, medical history, consultation notes, prescriptions, test results and correspondence with other healthcare providers.

Why we hold it

Your information is used to provide and manage your medical care, and is treated as confidential in line with the professional duties of doctors registered with the Irish Medical Council.

Online booking and registration

Online appointment booking and new patient registration are handled through Pippo, an external booking service. Information you enter there is submitted through Pippo rather than through this website.

This website itself does not store patient records, does not have patient accounts and does not take payments.

Sharing your information

Information is shared only where needed for your care — for example with a hospital, pharmacy or specialist you are referred to — or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask for inaccurate information to be corrected.
